Design Inspiration: Casa Do Conto, Porto

Pipes & Sneakers has been terribly busy the past months, so we excuse for the inconsistency of our posting. However, we are working on exciting new projects and are visiting many interesting and inspiring places, so we will hopefully update you in the near future.
Anyways, here is a little design inspiration which makes my visual senses melt. We are talking about Casa Do Conto in Porto. It is an innovative hotel concept which coincides art and residence. Combining resting and enjoying culture. It regularly involves different designers and presents art events.
The architect is Pedra Líquida and it has been graphically imagined by the creative designers of R2 Design and has been awarded with the 2011 SEGD Design Awards; and the Golden Award of the European Design Awards in the category "Signs & Displays".
